Puddleducks is a nurturing day nursery established in 1995, dedicated to exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Situated in Baldock, Hertfordshire in a charming grade II listed building designed by renowned architect William Butterfield, we offer a warm, home from home atmosphere that fosters growth and development.
Our resources encourage exploration and creativity, while our trained staff support each child's learning journey in a friendly and caring environment.
Celebrating 30 years of enriching children's lives!
On 24th April, we celebrated 30 years of Puddleducks with a week of wonderful activities and memorable moments. The special week featured a soft play party bus, bouncy castle, mobile farm, garden tea party and a disco party room.
Established in 1995, we take immense pleasure in being a part of so many children's journeys over the years. We are proud to see how the children have grown and flourished. We extend our gratitude to the families for their continued support and appreciate our dedicated staff team for their hard work and commitment in creating meaningful and enriching experiences for the children every day.
Our Approach
At Puddleducks, we recognise that children's well being forms the basis of their early experiences and we encourgae positive development of children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual well-being.
Our child led approach to education ensures there is time to play, space to explore and freedom to choose. We believe curiosity is key as it is the very foundation of learning.
